I have been a Sprint customer for almost 2 decades. After visiting this store (17650 Wright ST, Omaha NE) I will be transferring my services to another carrier.  I want to be clear that the problem of this store is the store manager and not the other employees.  The qualities of this store manager are: a terrible listener, poor communication, a screamer and a bully. This Sprint store is being managed by Jet Mobile.  I’m not sure that Jet Mobile founder Josh Morris is aware of how this store is being administrated. Unquestionably the store manager is not aware of the company core values. 
Do yourself a favor and don’t go to 17650 Wright ST, Omaha NE Sprint store.

Generally a good location.  But they don't know much about the phones that they sell.  Ordered a essential phone for my son.  Was told it would be in a couple of day.  Now it's been 10 days and still no phone.  I really wish I hadn't been lied to.  I would have went to a different store to pick up the phone when I had the opportunity.

Good store if you are looking to purchase a new device or need assistance with your current one, however this is a Jet Mobile store and not a true Sprint store. I was asked to pay for a SIM card to activate my new device. The SIM card is free from any true Sprint location, so I would suggest going to one if you are trying to get a phone activated that you didn't buy from Jet Mobile. Staff was friendly otherwise.

Very poor customer service by both staff and store management, follow up and follow through on issues was completely absent.  Will not go back to this location and do not recommend this location at all.

Just very unhappy, I stood in the corporate store for 15 mins without anyone coming up to me. They don't want to help with anything what's so ever, I'm pissed that I left Verizon for this company. 2 years and I'll be gone!
