Very misleading people working there, I went to purchase new phone samsung galaxy note 8 , they had offer to give 300$ credit , which guy there told be that this credit can only be used to purchase accessories , basically that can only be use for store in credit. Which i called customer service and they said you can use that credit for monthly payment or paying you bill as well. Also i had issue with my phone , my data plan was not working and people there never helped me finally i called customer service and they were able to help me right away.  Beware

Update:- When i went to this store to fix my data plan which was not working at all on my phone, they said phone is not unlock you have to go apple store or call Verizon wireless to unlock, which i went to apple store and found that my phone is already unlock but might have bad sim, which i thought at&t would have known earlier and would have try changing sim at first , but they did offered me but said they have to charge me for New sim , did not make sense if i have bad sim At&t should not charge me extra to replace sim.
