Great service. The older guy who i assume was the manager or owner of the store took lots of time to answer all my questions and about why I was getting mixed results from my camera i bought from best buy. rather than pressuring me into buying a whole new camera he took the time to educate me on lighting and i ended up needing a light diffuser  which is a whole lot less expensive than a new camera.

I was hoping to print photos before we left town...I called the store to check how quickly they could print them...The staff informed me about an hour. It was suggested I go on the website to order them. The 20 + pictures took about 45 minutes or more to download and I spent most of the time checking the computer to make sure their program didn't kick me out and stop the download. By the time I got the ones uploaded and ordered it was after 4pm but the program said it would be ready today. After spending $68 on the prints and 1.5 hours, I stopped in at 5 at close to pick them up just to be informed they weren't ready. They didn't offer to check the order or see if any were printed....just took my name to cancel. Really bumbed I didn't get them printed before I left town, spent time rushing to get the download and order (with a crying 2 year old and puppy) and wished I just went to Target!! :(
