Very nice hotel! The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean. I enjoyed my stay. The most important thing to me was they kept our bags. If you are taking a bus and your bus drop off is on New York Penn Stations. I would recommend this friendly atmosphere The Hampton Inn Manhattan-Madison Square for you👍👍👍👍

Was immediately greeted upon entering (and every subsequent trip through the lobby after that). Check in process was quick and smooth. Elevators were efficient. Room was average size by NYC standards. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good, although space is a little cramped. I travel to New York regularly for business and I will return to this hotel.

AC in unit wasn't working. Small room size and breakfast was too crowded with not enough food. Def not worth the price of $200/night.

Great location for attending events at Madison Square Garden. It's only a block away. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I give it 4 stars because rooms are pretty small.

I loved the location, the service because service is what is delivered. ..they check on you to make sure everything is ok at every time. It was great!
