My husband and I live in Kansas and we had an issue with one of our two vehicles. We really needed to come up with a solution quickly and didn't really have time to drive to the dealership to look at their selection. We contacted them and they were very helpful. They called and sent us photos of cars and answered any question we had. We ended up buying the car without ever driving it or seeing it in person. We were originally really nervous about it but, couldn't be happier. Alex got us a great deal and a wonderful car. It was much better than we ever could have hoped for. They're really honest about everything and didn't make me feel like they were hiding things from us. I'd highly recommend them!

I'm sharing this for my mom because she doesn't have a google account:  Harvest Auto is great when they are trying to get you to buy a car, they are nothing but empty promises. We bought a car from them and were promised that the issues with it would be fixed properly. Keep in mind that these were known issues with the car to begin with. They said it would be fixed before we drove off the lot. Haha,...no! Half way home, check engine came on. They said they'd fix it AGAIN, their mechanic had it for over 6weeks, got it back and STILL NOT FIXED. All they did was put silicone on the rear main seal to mask the problem but to make matters worse, their mechanic put the wrong transmission fluid back in the car. So we get the car back, and now we have a car that still leaks oil, and that has a shot transmission and they aren't doing a single thing about it when it was their mechanic that ruined the transmission by using the wrong fluid. We didn't even get to drive the car long enough to need an oil change. Now it sits at our mechanic's shop and it's useless. My husband went and put up a negative review to warn others about how they treat their customers and a few days later, we received a call from the dealership. We were thinking they were calling to make things right, but it was just the owner calling to harass my husband to take down his review so they could keep their high ratings. It had nothing to do with how they were sorry for selling us a lemon, not keeping their promise and that they wanted to make it right. It was just to try and clear their name. They don't care about their customers, they just care about making a buck. Sad thing is is that, we have texts with the employees there, promising to get the issues taken care of and photos of the silicone on the rear main seal and they STILL don't want to make it right. I will continue to give this place bad reviews on every site possible and we have been warning everyone about the customer service at Harvest. We have family members that do a lot of farming and they are always asking where to get machinery and we are sure to tell them to steer clear of Harvest and to tell all of their farming friends the same. One way or another, we will do what we can to get the word out about Harvest until they decide to step up, admit they are wrong and resolve this with us. They are crooks and make promises that they never intend to keep in the first place. I hope this review saves another person from getting reeled in to buying a vehicle from them.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Alex. This was the first time we have ever had a hassle-free, comfortable, and fun (yes fun!) vehicle-buying experience. Every single employee was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable, we had great conversations, too. When it came down to discussing truck options, everyone was upfront and honest. My favorite part was dealing with the negotiation of the price for my car and their truck because there was no hassle. It was a conversation, not a high-stress-let-me-check-with-my-manager-and-see-what-I-can-do. It was a straightforward, honest, and fair conversation where everyone agreed to a fair deal. We have never had an experience like this anywhere else, and we will gladly recommend anyone do business with Harvest Auto & Machinery! The building is absolutely beautiful and is very inviting. This was the first positive experience we have ever had when buying a vehicle and we will always return! Thank you for making this usually stressful experience pleasant and comfortable!

Worst kind of dealer. Bought a machine from them that was claimed to be in great shape. Looked good from the outside but when I took it to another dealer it was in terrible shape. I spent 6 thousand in repairs right away. Called back to let them know that they had sold a bad machine and they did not return calls nor apologized. I realize that buying machines is a gamble but I try to go through reputable business’ that I can trust. This is definitely not the place for that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They knowingly buy junk and sell high, quality is not on their list. Anyone that goes here just be aware that even if it looks good on the outside there is a good possibility it has issues. I am in need of another machine and a truck but will not consider going back to this place. Be aware!

Very easy to work with. We live a ways away and they helped us find vehicles to look at when we arrived. They are friendly and customer oriented. Our experience was very positive! Thanks Harvest Motor’s for giving us the time and attention to help search for a pickup.
