This Company is the poorest run I have ever encountered. They cannot even keep their books straight or their registration up to date. Then they will not release your personal property left in car> My Fiances Computer, Cell Phone and both our sets of keys will cost us Thousands to rekey the security system at the jewelry store I manage as well as both his Mercedes and Jetta our homes ETC. While admitting They have all I mentioned they will not release! Nevada is the most NON Consumer friendly State I have witnessed and Heart Leads the pack. Enterprise will get my money from now on!

think of the worse experience you could ever have a nightmare about and then double it ive had 2 weeks of trying to get this idiot to release my own property to me just because your in nev i dont have to be o.j. ill be suing for my 2 cars keys to be remade by locksmith and spare keys to the security system at my girls work because your supervisor in fallon gave me a run-a-round now my girls boss is making her rekey the security system and spare keys for the employees thank you for being unreasonable bullheaded and self rightous im sure corporate will be happy to hear that nevada is so well taken care of thank you for reminding me why i live in california i dont know where they could transfer you more out the way than winnemucca or fallon maybe hades is looking for workers id say good luck but i wouldnt mean it
