I had an excellent car and the service was great!

Don't rent from them their cars don't have cruise control, Unless you get a higher end car. Plus tire pressure was low and had to put air in. Was not all that clean.

Terrible service. 
We weren't told our debit card would be rejected until we showed up to get the car. 
The little girl behind the counter was snarky and detached, no concern whatsoever for the stranded couple standing before her. 
She did however offer up some sound advice, being "maybe git with them" pointing to the closed office next door.
