Seriously, hands down amazing service! We have had so many issues with our car manufacturer and dealership due to a recall and this enterprise rent-a-car location has been so unbelievably helpful, kind and accommodating! Both girls at the desk have outstanding customer service. We did deal primarily with Kassie and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can't express enough how happy I am to have had this ordeal handled by them. Because of them this time waiting for our car to be repaired will now be stress free! I would absolutely, without a doubt recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

We rented a 2017 suburban, picked it up smelled like cigarettes and spoiled milk. We get home pop hatch there is rotten coffee creamer spilled all over back. Spoiled in the carpet on the sides. The “mat” was tore up as well. Along with muddy footprints in back and front, on leather. We cleaned the dirt. I called the  lady who helped us, she didn’t apologize nor offer another alternative we got a “ I will note in your file”Very unhappy with the car and service. We payed over $150 for one day. We needed a suburban this was the only one with availability. We will not be renting again. We always rented from enterprise but past couple experiences have been terrible.

A big thanks to Kassie for getting us back on the road to our son's wedding in Virginia.  We rented a car in Santa Cruz, CA, and before we reached Elko, NV one of the tires went flat. Also, thanks to Tristen for his understanding ear when we first arrived at the Enterprise office. Also, Matthew  was very helpful in finding the right size car for our trip.  Thanks to all of you for caring and taking the stress out of a stressful situation.

Fairly bad customer service.  There's evidently no accountability or the clerks/reps would behave better.  Example: On two different occasions over about 2 weeks, I called.  Someone answered.  I responded and the clerk hangs up.  TWO TIMES.  Now, we're in rural Nevada so one must be accustomed to the idea that cell reception can be sketchy, so you only say "Hello?"  once and hang up?  Give a caller a chance to improve reception!  Then, each time I redialed but no one would answer - during business hours, multiple rings, multiple redials and then no one will answer the phone.  There's gotta be a better option than Enterprise in Elko, NV!

Called them today from Wyoming to reserve a car for my brother to pick up tomorrow and drop off in Bakersfield on Sunday.  The lady who helped me (Kassie) could not have been nicer, or more helpful!
I had the opposite experience from the other two reviewers.....
