I love the ppl at Southeast Autoplex,  which is where Hertz is located. They usually go outta their way to put you in a car.

Absolutely fantastic experience.

There was a minor issue with my credit card on file being expired, but they corrected the discrepancy quickly and still managed to have a vehicle delivered to the local airport prior to my arrival.

Vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and ready for the long drive ahead to Dallas TX.

Highly recommend these guys.

Had reservation way ahead of time and they didn't have a car and tried getting me to pay more for a different car.
