worst car rental place i have ever been to!!! the rep was nothing but rude when explaining things to me. we had a family emergency i needed to get to and i missed it because she gave me the run around. never will i use this place again. she wasnt even willing to take a card/reservation from my mother  who has been renting from hertz for years. i understand policies but she wasnt even willing to help us figure out a way. every reponse was a NO or i cant maybe if she put some effort into it call and ask maybe talk to a supervisor instead she sat behind her desk with no smile and a raring no forming on her lips. not a good way to keep a business running. I will never go back or recommend this place to my traveling friends.
