Our Expeditions brakes went out in Woodland Park (30 miles away). My wife and sister in law traveled back to rent a car while I worked to arrange repairs.  They refused to rent her a car because she did not have her credit card with her.  Just a debit.  I could not even give them our credit card information over the phone.  She went to the Avis 5 minutes away, and they handled it in less than 10 minutes.

Great Customer Service..Clean and very nice rental cars..I think Enterprise is a great place to rent a car..I am a satisfied custome.

I rented a car for my son who was visiting for the weekend. The employee at the desk was very helpful in getting me a good deal and explaining my USAA benefits.  She quoted me a very good price. I was a very happy customer until I got my credit card bill which was more than twice what I was quoted.  In addition to doubling the quoted charge, they added insurance which I declined.  While my son and I were picking-up the car another customer was their complaining about his service; I should have taken notice of this red flag.

Enterprise (Chapel Hills at the Hyundai dealership) was very professional and accommodating in providing me with a rental vehicle(s) while my vehicle was in the body shop for weeks after a collision.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental vehicle.

Avoid this location! The employees are extremely unprofessional and don't seem to have any idea what they're doing.

I had a car reserved by my insurance, went to pick it up in the morning and they didn't have even one car in the class I reserved. The guy didn't even seem to care, he told me I could come back in the afternoon and get it. I went back later that afternoon and they said I "missed my appointment" when I didn't make one and they gave my car away! They didn't seem to care either and tried to blame me for missing some mystery appointment I didn't make. After all that they tried to put me in a huge truck with a huge upcharge and when I said no told me to wait. They served other customers for 20 minutes then told me they had a crossover, but I had to give it back in a week "in case the weather turns". And they were going to upcharge me anyway!

Again, avoid this location at all costs.
