This Enterprise location really puts the F in Family Business. They took care of my family when we needed a car while we searched for a new one and even went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed while our car repairs where being made. The staff you have at this store is truly one of a kind and they should get a company reward for their outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Sierra, Bri, Andrew, and Ms. D.

Manager Dave is super awsome! helps me every visit. always make sure if anything is wrong they always fix it and make special arrangments if needed. fast friendly service all around.

Went right in and was able to get a car with no problem. The staff was very nice and the return was flawless.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but they keep sending me emails asking for one, so here it goes. My experience at this location was not a good one. I reserved a full size car for a work trip and confirmed a full size car when they called the day prior. When I got there to pick up my car, all they had were smaller compacts and trucks/suvs. Normally this isn't an issue for Enterprise, as they will upgrade you at no cost. Hahaha! Not at this location. They make you take smaller or pushy pushy you to upsize at your dime for the upgraded vehicle. I'm sorry, I reserved a full size. If you know you're going to need one, go get one from another location or do as every other location does and upsize at no charge. Its not my (the customers) fault that you don't have what I reserved a month in advance. I called corporate and they got me fixed up at another location, at which I will highly reccommend going to the Colorado Springs Airport location for all your Enterprise needs. Enterprise as a company is great, this location is the issue.

Seems like enterprise is going out of  their way to chase off customers......or at the very least,  make sure customers don't come back.  the rental process is very drawn out now.  You have to give them the names and phone numbers of 3 people in the area that you know. so if your visiting from out of town or on vacation I guess you're not getting a car from enterprise. The hard sell on their LUDICROUSLY priced insurance which is a SCAM. The guy tried 7 or 8 times to push their insurance on me at over $30 a day. I need the rental for 2-3 weeks while my truck is being repaired. so..... $600.00 for their insurance which is almost 6 months of my full coverage on my truck which also covers their rental car while I drive it. But the guy is halfway threatening me with a lawsuit if I happen to even slightly damage their car. Absolutely nefarious business tactics. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your rental.....somewhere the staff will not insult you with their verbal battering sales techniques or somewhere they won't make you feel like their just waiting for you to slip up so they can pounce on you like a hunting pack of jackals.
