The local agent stayed a few minutes late and was very helpful in providing a good option when I didn't get to the office in time to pick up my reserved car before keys had to be locked up.

Corporate could improve customer service by providing explicit instructions on how to reach the local office when a customer is given the national call number to contact someone. The automated options provided weren't clear to me on what number to select to be transferred to the local office.

Initially had a less than satisfactory experience due to long wait time to pick up my rental car.  However, I was pleasantly surprised when my agent, Lindsey W., called me within a few days to apologize for my issues and offer assistance to make it right.  She followed up in a few days with a newly delivered new vehicle with all wheel drive.  Very satisfied with how my issue was resolved and my Enterprise customer service experience thanks to Lindsey W.

Great service! I went to this place after having a bad experience at another Enterprise in the Springs. I was getting a rental from my insurance due to an accident and they made sure that I got what I needed and that I wouldn't be charged for anything extra. They were absolutely wonderful: gave me my choice of cars, got me into one right away, and made it easy to return.

So far so good. They picked us up at the place we we're having our car worked on. Polite , thorough and professional.

Always super helpful, they're a great bunch to deal with. I tend to go to them for my weekend adventures so I don't put miles on my truck, and they're always willing to work with me, no matter how last minute my request it.
