Only reason I'm writing a review is because I've never had such a bad experience in my life. Called on a Tuesday to make sure i was going to be able to get a car on Friday because I was traveling 3 hours to drop my car off at the body shop. Everything was good on Tuesday. They told me to call when I was ready to be picked up and someone would pick me up and take me to a car. Absolutely not the case. Called them and they didn't have a car until Monday. So here I was stuck in Colorado springs with my 6 year old. Not their problem I guess. Luckily my insurance adjuster was able to find me a car in castle rock and I was able to get a ride to pick it up. If I could give this enterprise location a -5 stars then I would.

Dropped my car off at this location when I had rented a car from Fort Collins after my car got totaled on the interstate. Had no problem waiving the drop off fee even the location was different, and received quick service. I didn't even have to go in the building! Incredibly helpful with the questions I had. Will be referring Enterprise to everyone I know. Absolutely excellent customer service!

Melissa and Alexia are always AMAZING at the W Colorado Street location!!! They get me in and out quickly and efficiently. It’s always a pleasant experience when I have to rent a car, even if it’s last minute pickup, they find a way to accommodate me. If you’re in need of a car rental, this is definitely the place to go!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff and my experience with Enterprise.

Not a fan of every enterprise location but these guys were super helpful and very quick which is always important when renting a car.
