Costumer service was great. I only interacted with Dom. He picked me up and gave me my rental. When I went to return he did the walk through. Very good service!

Rear wheel literally fell off. Lug nuts were not tight. I called their corporate office and they had a tow truck come get it. The corporate office had damage assessment come inspect it and cleared me. Now this branch is trying to charge me for a extra day when it was towed back to one of their other lots. This branch has poor customer service and clearly DOES NOT communicate with their corporate office. I HIGHLY recommend people go o to a different branch. See pictures-

Poor customer service it would be less than one if it was an option. Enterprise has lost a customer, I will never do business with enterprise-rent-a-car again. I made a reservation online, which I have done on multiple occasions, due to me having traveling for work. I have periodically need to book rental cars, hotels, and air travel. In my experience I have never received this level of lack of customer service, from a service industry. Last night I went to the enterprise website, to book a vehicle for the weekend, I have a vehicle being repaired at an auto mechanic and was in need of a vehicle for the weekend. At no point during the booking did the site inform me that the location for pickup did not have any vehicles available. The system had scheduled to vehicle for pick up at 12 pm, it did not inform me that no vehicles are available at that time like any other online booking system. When I book a hotel, air fare and even rental cars usually the system informs you that no items are available at that time please select a different time. Since I did not receive any feedback that I needed to adjust my booking, I booked the rental and received confirmation of the rental in my email. Today, I received a voicemail from the enterprise location stating that they did not have any cars and that they did not know if they could provide one for me. They stated they could put me on a waiting list. I am a reasonable individual and understand mistakes can happen. So I called the location to discuss with the staff the issue. They restated that they did not have a car, they didn’t know when they would receive one and would put me on a waiting list. I asked at what time did they think a car would be available for me, I could be flexible about the 12 pm pick-up time. The staff was unable to provide a reasonable time that a car would be available. I ended up canceling the reservation. My complaints are that the staff did not attempt to resolve the issue created by their communication of available cars with their online booking system. They were unable to provide me a reasonable estimate of when I would receive a car. They were unable to think outside the box and maybe provide a solution to their booking system screw up. Instead they implied that it was my fault for renting the car online after the close business at that location. They did not offer to find a location that did have a vehicle or go pick up a vehicle and bring it to their location. This is not the first time I have had a booking issue but usually the staff works diligently to overcome the issue, this staff was not interested in providing customer service. Over all poor service from a service industry!

Enterprise is Enterprise anywhere you go, but the staff at each branch is what makes your experience different. Kyle was absolutely amazing. He understood our situation and worked with us to make things better for us. Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Kyle really seems to understand that customers are first!
