Im unhappy with this entire company since my experience with Katie Furchese in Risk Management. She was disgusting to talk to, rude, unapologetic and lacked an overall sense of customer service. I called to complain and wanted to speak to someone and my concerns were "thoroughly noted" however I have still not had my call returned by an area manager who supposedly takes these kinds of issues "very seriously". Well clearly not seriously enough.

Customer service was great. Alan was awesome and even provided me with a ride home after dropping off the vehicle. I was really impressed with his customer service skills and because of that I will always return to enterprise!

ALL THE HIDDEN CHARGES!  After waiting an hour and half for my car past my pick up they gave me a filthy car and suggested I run it through the car wash. Drove 6 hours back home, dropped the car and keyoff in the drop box and went home. Come to find out if you drop the car off after they are closed EVEN THOUGH YOU INDICATE DROP OFF TIMES WHEN YOU BOOK, they can ‘elect’ to charge you an additional day. The crazy part about all of this, I got my car at 12 pm Saturday, enterprise closes at 12pm on saturdays- was I supposed to teleport to my drop off ? 

 I called HQ to get this handled and they did not know the branch manager or regional managers name. The policy is ridiculous and the employees don’t communicate it with you. I’ve driven other rentals, please use anyone else.
