I so enjoy when things work as they should.  You are doing what you are supposed to do and the people who are working with you are doing their jobs.  That was my experience at this Budget location.  The manager was swamped when we got there because someone didn't come in that day (it happens).  He was polite, professional and personable all while being extremely expedient.  Great experience and I hope that is the norm and not an anomaly.  I will be back and anticipate another great experience.

I got a great rate on a brand new Tahoe for two weeks.  Arrival and pick up were quick and painless, everything was ready to go for me as a Fast Break member.  The counter tech walked me through the new vehicle and explained several features that might surprise.  Excellent customer service and a very engaging personality.  Drop off was more of the same, the other counter tech who was there for pick up took care of the drop off and did a similarly excellent job.  I'll continue to use this location as my primary off-airport rental service.

Excellent and speedy customer service. I am usually in and out within 10-15 minutes. Stephen and Jason are on top of everything. Big TIP: Reserve at least 24 hours ahead of time, especially during those weekends with holidays!  Don't expect to reserve the day of...Austin is a touristic city and there is something to do every weekend, be real.
