I have been calling this store for about an hour and it doesn't matter what option you pick it's hard to speak to a person.  When you finally do get through it puts me on hold and no one answers.  I stayed on hold for over 10 minutes.  Each time or it hangs up on you.  My issue is I had an alarm installed and it keeps going off and won't  shut off even when its disarmed. I can't even lock the truck because it keeps going off.  This was on Tuesday.  Now its  Wednesday and I tried to call around 4.00.and again no answer.  The number is right of there web site.  

Pick up the phone people.

Just upgraded my phone at this Best Buy location. Zach M. was great. Genuinely wants to help in whatever way he can and answered all questions without hesitation and even expanded on them (my mom asked a lot). He was instructing a new employee on the ins and outs throughout the upgrade, and it was still the fastest phone upgrade I've ever had. Great stuff, will be back for my next one.

Horrible, attitude from both employees(car audio). I had an appointment set up a month in advance to find out they told me I needed to order extra items and that it was my fault, however upon making my appointment I confirmed that the only thing I needed to bring was my car, I’m very disappointed how it was handled. Horrible workers need to find new ones that are honest and willing to work!

Recently bought three new phones and one of them was an added line.  This was a great experience, and three associates that helped us were awesome.  Zach, Melanie, and Sarah teamed up to get us our phones at a super price and set up the accounts with Verizon. Superb, expert help and friendly, they even stayed after their shift to help!  Thank you very much!
