He also did extensive follow up to ensure our delivery and installation appointments were set up to suit our schedule.  We appreciated his great customer service.

I worked with Justin at the Big Screen Store to purchase my Samsung UN82MU8000 and was thrilled with his knowledge of the product and help in setting it up.  I was having a problem with the picture and he walked me through the set up menu so I got a terrific picture.  I received a great deal on the set with them doing a good job on delivery.  They were on time and did a good job setting it up and even moved my old 65" TV to another room.  You can't go wrong with the Big Screen Store.

I love my new, reasonably priced, TV - but I would buy more from this store based on the customer service I received from Justin alone!  He answered every question I had, offered some great advice and went way above and beyond to provide tech support when I hit some set up snags.  The delivery guy, John, showed up on time, was polite and professional and set up my TV in no time.  I have nothing but positive things to say about my purchase and my experience with Justin and John.

This was our first experience with The Big Screen and I have to say, we were extremely pleased. Tom at the BWI location was knowledgeable and professional. We not only bought a quality Samsung but, we also managed to land a great price. We look forward to returning for additional TV's.

Just bought a new 65 inch 8000 series and love it. Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions so I felt confident making an informed purchase. Will definitely be back for my next TV.
