Me and my fiancé went into hh Greg and tried two couches by sitting on them of course, well that's when his wallet had fell out but at the time we didn't know until ab 2 minutes later his tape measure that was in his pocket as well was in the hands of one of the employes and my fiancé nicely asked where he found that bc his wallet must have fallen out with it , well it so happen that of course the guy said he didn't see a wallet and it was not there. Not one customer was in the store when we were in there keep that in mind. Well when we asked ab cameras and police came the manager was extremely rude and one of the employes all of a sudden disappeared. The manager would not allow police to review the surveillance cameras nor cooperate with police. Sounds like to me the employes knew what they had done. My fiancé had been hurt in military overseas and needed his ID for his doctors appointment and we even offered a reward and not to press charges if they would just give us back his ID so he could make his appointments and get his social security card out wallet. NOPE.... The manager said and the rest of the staff was also rude making a remark " it happens everyday just go get another one". We did not care ab the cash that much it was more so his military ID and social security card but we will never get it back bc who knows what they did with it after they took what they wanted. I will never shop at any hh Greg again especially the fact they treat someone who was just overseas protecting their country like junk when all they want is their ID back and they would not even cooperate with law enforcement. So the tv and couch we were going to be purchasing that day we never did and will no longer be loyal customers to hh Greg. If you go here don't try out any couches without making sure ur wallet don't fall out bc they will rob you!!!!!!

Great black Friday deals. The store wasn't crowded and there was plenty to chose from.

High end furniture and TVs. Sales staff are commission and may be pushy with service plans and add-ons, but will give you space to browse if asked.

Bought a fairly decent dishwasher to replace one for my tenant and we had to hunt them down to find out when it was going to be scheduled for delivery. Once we got that figured out. I found out that I had to pay extra for installation. But once it was delivered and installed.. my tenant called to say that it was defective and that another one had to be ordered to replace the brand new one.. so now I am having to call HH Gregg Glen Burnie again to find out where the replacement dishwasher is and when it is going to be delivered.. I have been placed on hold for over 20 minutes.. I will updated when I get an answer...

I will never ever shop at hhgregg again! They lie like car salesmen,I bought a bundle pkg of kitchen appliances,a dishwasher,stove, microwave & a refrigerator. Anyway,I paid in full,it took less then 30 secs to take the amount of purchase out of my account, so, when they delivered my appliances, they didn't have my refrigerator,so that came s week later,so they were supposed to refund me a 150.00, which the store claimed they did will it's 8 days later and still no refund. I even went to the Belair store to straighten it out, the manager was very nice and credited my account and said it should be in there today.Now this was 9:45 am. Well guess what,it isn't in there and as far as I'am concerned,they can come get there dam appliances and give me a full refund.How can u take my money in less then 30 seconds and then screw me over on a $150.00! I spent alot of money in that sorry ass store.Never again, it's the point that they flat out lied.I recommend people to shop around at a more reputable establishment.HHgregg will never have my business again and if this is how they do business,they won't last!
