Takes a few times when looking at anything high end. They need better selection on higher end computers, get back to basics less appliances. Prices high. Someone to speak with helpful and great staff. That is their value add, customer service is good. This Best Buy is better than many I have seen in my travels because of the people, not that other crews are bad, the ones in Murfreesboro just stand out.

They seem to be carrying less and less. Everything is going on line now. Somethings I just can't order online. I have to see it, hear it and touch it. Like interacting with the sales folks to answer any questions and get ideas. The way of the new world.

Salesman appeared to be knowledgeable. He was friendly and helped with my phone and phone plan needs. There was no car salesman push for products, he just presented the options and allowed me to decide. The transaction was smooth allowing for an expedited visit.

While customer service on the store was decent after purchasing Microsoft Office for our new computer, best buy never put the card in the bag so we have no activation code. After calling Best Buy we were directed to call Microsoft office. Now we wair and hope to hear from Microsoft office. Not happy.

This is your typical Best Buy. No extras at this store, but all in all the majority of the staff is friendly. I had to return an online purchased item once and they gave me zero grief during the process. I guess the only real complaint I have is, I wish their movie selection was a little more organized.
