They were very helpful hoping my mother locate a laptop sufficient for her. The even gave us tips to help save us money on the purchase! Best Buy will also set up new PC's for free which is great for the not so computer savvy user, Especially with windows 10!

Best Buy was one my favorite one stop electronic store, 90% of my house electronics are from BB, however I do not have good experience with my latest purchase. I talked to their managers to help me with a laptop with over 3.6 speed of ram to manage a database, I tried almost four laptops and returned them at last i decided to get hp brand, but they told me that after this purchase I can not return the item, where they promise customers with best service!

I bought an open-box appliance. They did not apply the discount they said they would, so I had to go back to the store. When I went back to the store they told me that they moved it and dropped it, completely ruining the appliance. They did not offer to replace it. Instead they told me I needed to spend $400 more to get a different fridge. The fridge originally cost $1,000 more, and Jason made this out to be the deal of the century. It's ridiculous that they wanted me to spend more money for their mistake. I appreciate the deal, but wish they owned up to their mistake and treated me more politely. They made me feel like I was small and wasting their time.

The floor staff is helpful and I found exactly, type and brand, of what I needed. I was able to validate inventory online before going to showroom. Also, price point on the device was acceptable. Clean upscale look to floor and fixtures. Only one cashier was working and "no line" turned to "long line" quickly.

I have always liked Best Buy.  They have a good selection but not everything of course.   If you want depth of selection you will have to do your research and order online from them or others.    I think they need some more training of their young employees.  If you can pin one down they are helpful but something is missing professionally.   My wife dislikes all Best Buys due to past credit card discrepancies.  There is nothing particularly noteworthy of this location beyong being in the midst of Potomac Mills traffic.  Regardless, I will go back.
