If I could give this store no stars, I would. They have BY FAR the WORST customer service ever. Not only did it take months for our kitchen to come in...after being told it would be a week...but when it finally came it....there was a dent in the microwave door. We called our sales rep and let her know. She was going to exchange it for me...but that didn't happen within their apparent 30 day exchange policy. Now we're stuck with a dent in our door. We also have the black stainless finish peeling off of our stove. Guess what...I'm stuck with that too. Our service plan doesn't cover any of this and the guy in the store told me...sorry...there's nothing we can do for you. We paid almost $6k for our kitchen and have had it for less than a year...now we're stuck with a finish that's peeling and a dent in the door. The only answer I get is "sorry, we can't help you"...WTH!!!

It's as good as any such place. Buy your stuff and go home. It's not a place to hangout.

We received outstanding customer service, which included an exchange of a washer/dryer set, and the manager approved a free upgrade to a better product after the replacement set failed, too. Will recommend and return for future needs!

Worthless Warranty Service Plan and Total lack of care Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator less than three years ago with 5 years warranty plan. Refrigerator has been exhibiting cooling problem ON and OFF for 45 days. Refrigerator will go down three days before it gets back running. every time we call hhGregg warranty management, it will take at least 3-4 days before a Tech show up to look for it. After three consecutive calls within 45 days, they were unable to repair defective appliance. Please don't ask about their care about lost food and inconvenience this situation creates; they care very less. After the 3rd attempt, they have decided to initiate a trial and error process by replacing control board at first. We contested this decision given the unreasonable waiting time; and file an escalation procedure thru the Matthews NC store for replacement of the appliance as they promised in the warranty. This was an absolute waste of time. After days of waiting time, hhregg Customer service called back and stated we are at the mercy of the Warranty department. Lesson: Think twice before you select an appliance retailer and most importantly, do not trust the lies well dressed up personnel tell you in their attempt to over sell the appliance by proposing warranty service plan.

Great customer service! I had to exchange my TV because of a bad processor. The entire transaction was effortless and fast.
