Disappointed I went few months ago to fix my car over a recall that it had the airbag light was on so I got them to fix it . The light when off but just yesterday the same light when on I call and explain at the service department Mike answer was being totally rude since the beginning was like that is not because of the recall on your car I said yes it is the last time a brought it the same light was on and you guys fix it and now he was trying to charge me again I let him know someone was calling from the Honda thousands oaks dealership to keep them update it if the same light from the recall turn on in that moment it didn't but now is on. I try to call back and MIKE is not answering what a rude as Mothaf*****

I bought my first new car at Honda of Thousand Oaks and it was a really good experience!!!!, first of all they have really good prices and a great selection of cars, second of all they have really good customer service and they are so professional!!!, Internet manager Fabian Ochoa gave me a really good deal on my new Honda Civic Touring, he knows what he is doing he explains every little thing you need to know and he is super cool!, I would like to thank Financial Manager Levon because he is super professional he is very very nice he made me feel very comfortable and he explained everything very slowly and asnwered all my questions! Thank you so much to Thousand Oaks Honda for everything!!!!!! , I'm a satisfied customer and I'll definitely recommend your dealer to all my friends and family!😃😄😀😉😍🤗😇

I did not buy a car from them but I felt I needed to make a review because they were so kind and attentive and this was the only I could pay them back. Thank you guys for the great customer service!!!

Update: I still drive out of my way to come up here for service!  The team here is so well-trained at providing the best customer service - and I still think George is THE BEST!

We were considering a Honda so we went to the dealership closer to us (Woodland Hills) but we had such a terrible experience we started considering other cars...but we decided to give Thousand Oaks a try after some email communication with Garrett.  He was fantastic to deal with and we ended up buying the car.  We really can't say enough good things about this dealership - they take customer service very seriously - and every department is a great example.  I most recently had an issue with the car and after talking to Honda customer service, they suggested bringing the car into the closest dealership to take a look.  Against my better judgement, I drove over to Woodland Hills.  AGAIN it was a bad experience so I called Thousand Oaks from there and George fixed my issue over the phone!  Amazing!  I love them and encourage anyone considering a Honda to go to this dealership.
