Great website with current deals and inventory; Sam kept it simple and after I did provide him three options I was considering he made me a great offer I could not refuse. Took a test drive to confirm the car performs as expected. Paperwork was simple and process streamlined.

the salesman (Sam) was cordial, knowledgeable, and not pushy.  the finance guy was quick and efficient.  I got a great finance rate.  The GM was friendly.  I have had several 'how are you doing, do you have any questions' followup calls since my purchase.  Much appreciated.

Not the stereotypical car buying experience one learns to dread.  I was warmly (and sincerely) greeted by Al Jones, the salesman which whom I dealt.  He was thoughtful, helpful, candid, and thoroughly professional.

Volvo dealer of Thousand Oaks was great. The XC90 IS TRULY a great piece of art that offers and meets all of your expectations. I love it. I recommend it over any other SUV.
