I was looking for a car so I gave this dealership a call. From that call right down to signing all the paperwork, my experience with these guys was absolutely great. I had dealt with 4-5 dealerships in my search, and this one was the most professional by far. I was helped out by Al Jones, a super cool guy who doesn't play the sales games a lot of other sales people do. All around, buying a car from these guys was a very pleasant experience.

Bought a used car from their used car dealership. Not even a day later the weatherstrip that they glued in came out. I was told to bring it in and they were expecting me. After getting there I was told they had no clue I was coming so I had to reschedule. Which that appointment got cancelled too so I had to wait a week for them to see my fix the weatherstrip. Well they also said they'd clean my headlights because they were cloudy. Sure enough that didn't happen either because the right guy wasn't there. Now I'm a Marine and I'm not picky but you'd expect after buying a car from these guys the least they could do is some easy fixes for me. I really wouldn't recommend going through these guys to buy a car. Also still waiting for plates and registration it's been almost 2 months

If I could give the service department a zero I would. I just called to tell them that my 2014 Jeep automatically turned off in the middle of an intersection with on coming traffic with my 6yr old in the car. This is the 2nd time it has done it, literally while I am driving. And the man on the phone told me that he can't see me until next Friday (10 days away). I told him this is an emergency and I can die, he seemed to not care with zero urgency. He said he had a line of people waiting and I told him that this isn't an oil change! Hung up, called Ventura, told them my problem and he said we are busy too but don't worry come straight in and we will give you a loaner car. Done and done! Go to Ventura not this place!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a new car, go no further. This is the place you want to go. Best auto buying experience I've ever had. Keep in mind, I have already shopped numerous dealerships including jeep dealerships in Simi Valley and San Fernando where they straight show you a car, test drive and stick a sheet in my face and pay but not at Shaver! I was greeted by everyone on the lot and got set up with Mike and Octavio, we had a good conversation on what we were looking for, discussing my budget and everything I wanted I would like in my vehicle, what I could live without and what they can do to get me into the car I wanted within a budget that met my needs. No selling pressure and it was like talking to friends throughout the whole shopping experience. But wait, there's more. After Mike and Octavio took care of me, it was time to go to finance to finalize and get the last minute pitch, but quite the opposite. I sat down with Brenton, the finance manager, and the knowledge, and professionalism shown by Brenton was super amazing! Broke down everything and made strong recommendations and made it super easy to pick, select what I needed and finalize my deal! If you want an awesome car buying experience, then you need to go see Mike, Octavio and Brenton! Awesome guys and a class act!!!

Don't go here.. These guys will con you into getting a car... I bought a car and kept shutting down on me. They took no responsibility.. Also I was Approved for the loan a few days later they called asking for car back because I didn't qualify.. I have great credit. I told them to future it out.. Which they did my shafting me with a high interest rate
