This place is AMAZING. If you're a history buff, or into planes or space craft (I'm luckily all three!). Then you will love the Intrepid. I visited here on a tour of New York City this summer and I can't wait to go back. Even though I spent hours reading information and looking at exhibits, there is still so much more that I had missed. If you're in the area, this place is a must.

I love this place so much. It's a bit pricey for my student's family's and they should offer more discounts to students who come from title one schools, but we make it work. I love bringing my class here because they are amazed. They can touch the exhibits because just about everything is hands on. We never get a chance to finish the whole museum because of the time we gotta be back at the bus. But my student's thoroughly enjoy this trip and I'll continue bringing them

I visited this historical place with my nephews. I like the amazing journey. It's feel like I just traveled in past. As my father is a retired Navy person of Bangladesh, I like ships a lot. But this is massive. First time in life I saw three unbelievable thing at a same place - the carrier, the space shuttle and the submarine. I feel lucky enough to myself.

Went here on Memorial Day, so I'm guessing it was much more crowded than usual; but despite the crowds, we had a great time. Very informative with lots to see and do. The ship is massive and gives you some perspective into the daily life of those who spend their time out at sea serving our country. Highly recommend checking it out.

I don't particularly have a strong interest for military vessels, but my father used to take me here when i was a little girl. He passed away in October so I came back here as a nice way to remember him. It was very tourist-heavy, but it's presentation still held true after all these years, while now appealing to modern technologies with the drones and space exhibit. The Intrepid is a great way place to visit for families, always has been and always will be.
