First off the person helping me was luis in service great guy great customer service!!! The rest of it was horrible first off had a dent in my car when I got it back, 2nd there was a pen mark in my door on the leather, luis said they would take care of it, but when I got home I realized my leather seats was very dirty from the mechanic,  I tried to clean it and some color from the seat came off!!! Wow this made me very angry , this is a Cadillac dealer the mechanics should be putting plastic down, this would of never happened if I didn't come here stay away

Coleman has been my families place to purchase new and used vehicles for 40 years. The service is always professional in all areas of this company. If they do not have what you have in mind they will get it. Thank you to the Coleman employees and owner.

I brought my SUV to the dealership because the check engine light came on.  After dealing with warranty issues, they were able to fix the issues that were covered under my warranty.  The overall experience was a good one.

My dad has been working with Jim Coleman Cadillac for years on buying his cars.  My husband and I have been looking for a used Escalade or Yukon for over a month! After looking at over 30 vehicles from other dealerships, we finally found our Escalade at Jim Coleman Cadillac.  Glenn Price our sales person is a very kind man.  He made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles before I left.  Both he and the Manager took care of us!! They were both personable and fair!   Also, Stewart Mallon in the Finance Dept was fast, helpful and really helped us as well! All and All a fabulous experience!  The car was clean and the people were amazing!
