This was the best experience I have had in buying or leasing any vehicle of which there have been many.  We were searching for new cars and visited other dealerships.  Julius was incredible. Patient and knowledgeable.  The negotiations were great and received a great deal.  We were so impressed,  we went back and purchased another vehicle a few days later with the same results.  Congrats to the entire sales and financing team for making this a great experience.

I had the best experience and I'm so grateful. Jonathan(sales person) was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Mr. Bahati was very helpful when it came to the financial aspect of it. I must say this is the place to go when you need and want to get a car. I highly recommend talking to Jonathan and Mr. Bahati. You will not regret it. They're are best. Thank you so much.

This place is not trustworthy by any means. My aunt took her Cadillac to get her flat tire fixed and after their "inspection" they told her she had a million things wrong with the car, that the wheel was cracked and she needed a new one and they quoted her some overpriced tire price. The car was only two years old and hardly has any miles on it since it is never driven. When my aunt told me this I called up to hear what they had to say and they gave me some run around answers and said they would get back to me but never did; they only called my aunt who wanted them to deal with the car through me. None of what they were telling me sounded right so I called Radial Tire, who I take my vehicles to and asked if they would look at it for me. Although I couldn't get anyone to call me back at all from Jim Coleman, when I had my aunt tell them I was having the car towed elsewhere, they called me back and tried taking off hundred of dollars to get me to keep it there but it was too late. I said no and then all of a sudden, they miraculously fixed the "cracked rim" when originally they said their tech who inspected it and does repairs wouldn't be in for another day or two and that they fix it "free of charge".  Once I got to Radial Tire, they confirmed that there was no crack in the wheel what so ever nor was any repair done to it. Radial Tire confirmed nothing else was wrong with the car and the tire plus the labor costs totaled out to be less than the price Jim Coleman quoted me for the tire alone. Jim Coleman literally made it all up and tried covering their own butts. I would never go back or trust them. Ever.

Jim Coleman embodies the "customer first" philosophy. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and I did not feel any pressure from the sales people. I test drove several cars and asked a ton of questions, but they were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Although I ultimately decided on an Infiniti (next door), they were genuinely happy to see me drive off in exactly what I wanted. It is always a great experience going back to Jim Coleman for service because they are FAST, friendly and detailed. Great people, great experience!!
