The manager and sales people there are the worse. They are utterly unhelpful. Terrible customer service. I had multiple invalid charges on my VISA from Sketchers, so my VISA was blocked until I could sort it out. I called the Customer Service 800 number multiple time and each time had to hang up because I was on hold for more than a half hour. Pressed 1 for a call back, as instructed, but nothing happened - still on hold. Sent email requesting a call back and got a reply instructing me to call the 800 number. Sketchers Customer Service is terrible too. In desperation, I asked the Sketcher store at 12 Oaks Novi, MI for help with contacting Sketchers Corporate Office. They told me to keep calling the 800 number, as they don't know the corporate number. Yeah, right. Then I called the Sketchers store at Great Lakes Crossing in Mi and the sales person immediately gave me the 310 Corporate phone number.

The service here is horrible. Patrick was our sales rep and it felt like he kept rushing us. My friend wanted to check out a shoe and Patrick brought the wrong one out and acted disgusted because he had to go back and look for the right one. I love skechers and their shoes are extremely comfortable but I will be ordering online next time unless I can find another store near me. I won't return to this store

Zero stars, The employee/ Manager could not find my size, in anything. Tried to use two gift cards, she said one would not work.In fact it still would not work when my wife bought two pairs of shoes. Then she gave us back the spent card instead of the card with $25 still on it. If I had not check the numbers on the card before going home I would be SOL. Very bad service overall.
