Great customer service. Although I must say, I can teach those people about accessibility. Otherwise they are very well informed. Although, I will never understand why anyone would want  to pay $500 for a tablet!!! I’m glad I’m able to afford my iPhone 7 due to my Verizon wireless plan! I mean my God!

Brought my Mac book here and the staff was very helpful. Gabby (one of the representatives at this location) was very helpful and caring. She assisted my mom with questions that she had regarding the new MacBooks and went above and beyond to make sure my mom was able to understand every feature. We ended up purchasing a new Macbook from her and picked it up promptly the next day. All in all very satisfied with everything at this store.

Waited 3 hours for somebody to help us, but the friendliness of the people made the time pass by quickly. Michael (Mike) welcomed us into the store with a positive attitude. Later on, Gabe helped us and we left the store happy as can be. All of the workers had a positive attitude, and seemed as if they loved their job. It was worth the drive out there :-)

Just picked up my Laptop for some warranty work. 3 days like the said. These guys/gals are pneunomatle.  I am so happy,  I was giggling when the tech handed me the laptop. Way to go!

I love the Apple store! Costumer service has always been great. Except on my last visit. I wanted to purchase a new screen protector and the person who helped did not tell me of any options or price. I had to ask that after he was already bringing up the screen protector. Also he mentioned that I had a 1 year warranty in the store, which is not true. The protector actually has a 5 year warranty but with the manufacturer. Besides that everything else has been great there!
