In the past Ive gotten good service here, but went in on  Saturday and The employees were just standing around talking. Steve was the one that was helping me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him.

Stopped there this Sunday afternoon with the intent to purchase a car charger for myself and a new smart Samsung phone for my mom. We waited for twenty minutes to get acknowledged, but never did. Finally I was able to get the attention of one of the clercks, Greg. I asked him if they carry car chargers  and about possibly purchasing a new Samsung.. He was acting "smart" with me. My mom and I felt he was rude and ignorant..He pretty much refused to assist us and walked away. Other clerks seemed to be preoccupied with other "stuff" So we left without purchasing anyway. The reason I choose T-Mobile over competition in a first place is because I have been with T-Mobile for over ten years. Now I might have to make a switch.

My issues with the SIM card was taken care instantly.   I had to re-visit the very next  day coz of my mistake and representative at T-Mobile store, Twelve Oaks took a step ahead on resolving my special case. Thanks for the help.

Mike G, Sorry that you had a poor experience at that location. I remember working there and having to enforce company policy even when Customer Care gave out wrong info. Don’t blame the sales reps for doing what they are told to do. Also, we didn’t get paid on SIM cards.
