Finally switched my phone plan out of Sprint. In my three years of using sprint I never successfully got anything done in this store. They are actually not capable of doing anything. That isn't a metaphor, no matter what the reason I went in there they immediately instructed me to take my problems to the Northville store instead. Biggest waste of time possible. To my knowledge, this store is only capable of selling you a phone, not even to establish a plan, and I feel so bad for anyone who is deciding to switch to sprint. If you live in this area, choose another carrier. Sprint coverage isn't worth it in metro Detroit if they paid you to use it and gave you the newest phone for free every 3 months.

Fantastic experience! It's good to see a wireless store who actually cares and listens to your needs. Great deals!! It's worth it to park at the mall and go into this store vs the other Sprint stores I pass on my way.

India is THEE greatest!! I was able to get my phone from Tamara really fast while India gave make up lessons! The energy is AMAZING! You MUST visit their store in Twelve Oaks Mall!

Miss India Knight is extremely nice and helpful with my Sprint visit and purchase! Had a great customer service! Very intelligent lovely young lady I would highly recommend Her to all of my family and friends she's very honest and sales with integrity!
