The Tire Pressure Warning Light on my Subaru was on and I brought it here for inspection. It was close to 9:00PM and the employees were readying to leave. I found Service Advisor, Mike Collier and asked him if he could have it checked. He called one of his technicians and instructed him to check the tires. The technician found a nail on the passenger side of the front tire and told me that ALL the tires (not just the defective tire) need to be changed. Mike Collier asked him if he had measured the difference in diameters between the old tires and the new one (Apparently, an appreciable difference in diameter - normally half an inch -  between front and rear tires could result in trouble for the drivetrain). The technician did not measure the diameter differences and just assumed that there was a difference big enough to warrant the replacement of ALL tires. He just responded “I am sure it is big enough”. Mike was visibly annoyed and sternly instructed him “DO IT!” Sure enough, when the service specialist came back with the measurements, it turned out that the difference in diameter was below the threshold and I did not need to replace ALL the tires, except the defective one. Mike saved me a couple of hundreds of dollars. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, I was grateful for his professional integrity and candor. Being that it was almost closing time, he could have easily relied on his specialist and asked me to come the next morning to replace all the tires. But he took the high road and waited for as long as it took to diagnose and fix the problem, and he did that in the most honest and satisfying manner. (Thank you so much Mike!)

I value a dealership and sales rep where a good relationship would exist. Chris came highly rated, and he delivered. Fantastic experience. Recommend to anyone. Antonio and Tom were terrific as well.

Antonio, made my car buying experience and finance experience quick and easy by being down-to-earth and understanding of my needs. 
 In addition to his great attitude without the typical salesman demeanor, he was not pushy at all and made my experience very delightful.  The customer service that was provided by Antonio is superior from any representative I have met in the automobile industry. We will see you again when we are ready to buy & will be sending all of our referrals to you.

I had walked into Sheehy Subaru last Saturday committed to not purchase a car, but only to capture information and finding a deal. I'm glad I came to sheehy first Antonio made the process very quick and easy.
