If i could give them 0 stars i would. Been waiting in line for 20 mins for only 1 candle. 1 counter is open and the girl is chatting away not even rushing to get the customers.

Drove pretty far out of my way just to get a number 1 gold balloon for my daughters first birthday, but when I got there they told me it would be at least an hour wait. I understand they have orders they need to fill that are called ahead, but for a customer to come in and only need one balloon and be expected to wait for an hour is kind of ridiculous. They had 4-5 people blowing up balloons. Needless to say I will be driving to publix to pick up a balloon.

Ran in to grab balloons for girl scout activity and they wouldn't take the 2 minutes to blow them up for me. Wanted me to wait 45 minutes so they could fill orders that were called ahead. I understand they get a lot of Ballon orders but should really have a built in plan for someone who walks in with an order. They had 3 people blowing up balloons and I wasn't buying that many balloons. Terrible customer service. Publix to the rescue!

go to place for you party needs. I especially like going here because everything is nicely organized. associates are very helpful.
