Stopped in after the gym to look at suits and was completely ignored by the staff... maybe it's because I was wearing jeans or maybe they just didn't see me standing in front of them in an empty store. Always horrific customer service in this store.

My husband spent a great deal of money on suits and every last one has turned out to be horrible quality with tears, poor fabric, and poor thread. He was not measured correctly. Most definitely not worth the money.  PUSHY SALES PEOPLE.  Will not ever trust the company again.

Pant for alteration - Did not deliver on time....

I didn't like the store policy. I bought  a suit last week of December, went for alteration, and I was told that it will be ready by January 12. Now It is Feb.5, nobody called me if the suit is ready. I called the store on Feb 5, the manager said that they don't call the customer when it's is ready to be picked up, and it's the customer's responsibility to find out if the merchandise is ready to be picked up. Now I will have to go there to find out if the alterations were done correctly and get the delivery. Never experienced such customer-refractile policy. I would not recommend anybody to go to that store.
