We had the worst customer service experience ever when we went to Kelly Subaru.  We love Subaru's and have had them for years.  Kelly gives Subaru a bad name.  They messed up our appointments, drained our battery, over charged us, were rude about their mistakes, had constant confusion between the office and the shop.  I honestly felt bad for the mechanic because he has to work for these people everyday.  They are only interested in getting money and selling their new cars.  We found another engine mechanic that did not treat us poorly and did not over charge us, and most importantly did not waste our time.  I encourage anyone thinking of using this business to look else where for help with their Subaru.  When we explained our situation to the manager he seemed like he just wanted us to go away and did not seem bothered by the issues we encountered at the business he was running.  He offered absolutely zero solutions to remedy our experience.

Purchased a used vehicle from Kelly in September. The experience was great and handled very efficiently. Three weeks later I had some dashboard lights that came on. I had the problem diagnosed at a local shop to me and the repair was going to cost over $500. I took the vehicle back to Kelly thinking that because it was a used vehicle that they may not want to help. I was out the door in a loaner a few short minutes later and they did the repair at no cost to me. Great customer service!

We had a great experience with Kelly Subaru.   Ron and Jim took great care of us.  They were incredibly informative, listened to our needs and preferences, and offered great input.  They sold us the most beautiful red crosstrek you have ever seen.  No really, ever.  We will certainly buy from Kelly Subaru in the future.

I was told when I purchased the car that if you need a loaner, no problem. Came in to get an oil change and was told they don't do loaners for oil changes. Was talking to another fellow that came in for the same service and he said that they offered him a loaner. 
     Maybe because I'm a red neck.
I wanted to add one thing. I received outstanding service and they got me very quickly. Thank you. Time quoted was 1.5 hrs. I was there maybe 30 mins.

David Curtis was great, very thorough. No pressure, educated us on engineering aspects of Subaru and provided answers. We had done extensive research on vehicles and felt like we wanted Subaru. David's Information, service and pricing confirmed and prompted our decision.  We had driven from Birmingham, Highly recommend
