I am so grateful for Josh Walker's assistance this afternoon! My family and I were traveling out of state when the Service Transmission light came on in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee and it suddenly began to lose acceleration while driving down the interstate. Fortunately, we were within ten miles of this dealership. We pulled up just a few minutes shy of the service department closing, but Josh very readily approached us to see what was going on. He knew immediately what needed to be done to get us back on the road and completed a system update that had us on our way within 10 minutes. Even though it was a few minutes past closing, his smile never faded! Thank you JOSH WALKER!!

Josh Walker is the best! My 2014 Chrysler van had an engine failure and had to be repaired at the dealership. I had dealt with Crown on a prior occasion and was not impressed. However, this time I was lucky enough to have Josh as my service advisor. He went above and beyond. They had my car for over a month due to a factory back order on my parts. But he stayed in constant contact with me and I always knew what had been done and what was still needed. He made sure I had a vehicle to drive the entire time. He provided me with the best customer service I could ask for and I will definitely return because of Josh.

We buy a new car every 3 years and this was the easiest car buying experience ever from the beginning to signing the paperwork.  My wife and I asked Trevor to find us a certain Jeep, he found it and in less than a week of the sales process we purchased our new Jeep.  Mark Tanner had the finance paperwork ready when I arrived and I was out in about 30 minutes...definitely a record for me. 

Trevor Turner is my kind of sales representative, he listened to what we wanted, found it and most importantly was not invasive or pushy. I highly recommend this dealership and we'll definitely be customers in the future.

Chad Coley, my car salesman, did absolutely EVERYTHING he could do to put me into a car. I have to recommend going to see Chad if you need a vehicle because I have been turned down by Economy Honda of Chattanooga, Ed Kirby's Adventure cars, and a couple of other car dealerships while looking for a car; however, chad was the only guy that got me approved for a brand NEW 2017 Jeep Compass. I couldn't be happier with how my car buying experience went. Chad, Larry, Kenny, and Mark went above and beyond for me and they will continue to have my business in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

First time ever trying to get a new vehicle.The experience couldn't have been better. Chad Coley and Larry White exceeded every expectation we could have had. Thankfully, nothing like the interactions we thought would be waiting for us. We will tell others about this dealer and would definitely go back when the need arises. Thanks, guys!
