The staff here have been fabulous. They are very respectful and knowledge. I hate buying a car because of all the waiting around and back and forth but here they have been quick and up front with their prices. I would definitely buy another vehicle here.

I had an appointment and I waited 2 1/2 hours to get my battery replaced.  But their work.is outstanding.  And their waiting room pleasant.

We bought a new car at integrity. They had us there 3-10:30. Was hungry and tired. We should have left, they never go over the fine print. I should have walked out and slept on it. Ill only buy cash from now on. They are all shady in the car buisness.buy a car cash, if you pay 29,000 for a car, 22000 + interest is on the first 100,000 and 7,000 is on the second 100,000. Go buy with cash for 7000 with 100,000 miles on it from a person . Not a dealership. Ive bought 3 new cars and this was the worst

I called late one morning to schedule for an oil change the same day. Not only did I get an appointment,  but I was in and out in just under 30 minutes on a really busy afternoon. Thanks guys!

I went in with low expectations, considering how the last few trips went (extremely slow & didn't call me when they were finished). But I had one more free oil change left, so I figured I'd save the cash.

I'm glad to say that this recent experience was excellent. They took care of my truck in a timely manner (oil change & tire rotation), called me when they were finished, and had even taken care of some recalls that I had mentioned (but didn't ask them to resolve yet). I'm very happy with my recent trip to the service center.

It appears they've done some restructuring within the service dept, and it shows.
