I visited the dealer on September 4th and was pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was in buying a new vehicle. My salesman was Jake which was very thorough and took good care of my wife and myself. He spent a substantial amount of time answering my questions and giving us information on the different cars in our price range.
We also spent a significant amount of time dealing with Brian in finance and he was also very helpful in helping us decide on the right product.
Along with Jake and Brian, Taft the sales manager did a great job in helping pull our deal together. 
I want to thank them for their patience and customer satisfaction that my wife and myself experienced at their dealership. If in the future I decide to buy another Kia, I will definitely go to them for my business.

Hank brown Is the seat sales person I have ever had!!! Very professional and really cares about the customer and the loan manager was great. The whole team at Kia of Chattanooga are the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I bought my first new car at Kia of Chattanooga and now I will never shop anywhere else. THANK YOU Kia of Chattanooga!!!!!

Spent more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to help us and when they did,they didn't take us seriously. The sales person kept asking about my finances and offering cheaper options when I hadn't asked for them. I said multiple times that I was only interested in one car. When we finally agreed on a price,I asked for a bill of sale. Waited close to 2 hours and then someone entirely different tells me that they aren't going to do the deal that we agreed on. It was a waste of time and they were disrespectful.

There are so many smiling, friendly faces here.  As one who works in Customer Service, I recognize excellent customer service.
The other indispensable thing in a car dealership is professional expertise.  I feel completely comfortable that my car is receiving the best service here.  
Way to go KIA!

David Wilson is great to work with!  He took good care of us and walked us through the process. I highly recommend to use him when you are in the market for a car.
