I evacuated to Chattanooga to escape Hurricane Irma. I needed an oil change before heading back home. Everyone I've talked to has been so nice and has asked how I am and if my family is safe back home. They have a super nice waiting area with drinks and TV's. Along with a children's play area. I wish my Toyota bank home was this fancy! 😜

My Experience: Although I purchased one of the more economical new Toyotas, everyone at Capital Toyota treated me as if I were buying the best car on the lot. The truth is, although the Toyota brand and reputation would probably sell themselves, everyone i encountered at Capital Toyota went out of their way to ensure that I was as happy as I could be with my purchase. What an amazing buying experience! I will certainly be back and will recommend Capital Toyota to all of my friends who are in the market to buy an automobile.

Had my 87 year old aunts vehicle taken to the collision center after an accident last week. The car was a "close total". Asked that an estimate was generated by the collision center, and told it would take a few days. Called back 3 days later and was spoken to rudely, and told that they don't fix total losses. I could have it towed out and take it some place else. So far, the collision center is 0 for 2. Had problems with my Lexus 430 a few years ago. Thank goodness there are other dealers close by! Regretfully,

Brad did a great job in locating the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was prompt with his findings and worked with me to get a great deal. He was honest, fair, and patient with me. I would recommend Brad to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle and will likely see him again for my next vehicle. Even after the sale he has been helpful for additional accessories.

Was going to give their service deparment 1 more chance to earn my business cause the last 2 times It was not pleasant. To no surprise, 3rd time was the charm. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Rude advisor, run around on the phones, no straight forward answers only questions after questions. WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME ANYMORE. Worst Toyota service dept I’ve ever been too and called in too. Idiots
