As always, Economy Honda provides great service!  However, I do have a concern. It seems that on every visit that there is a lack of communication of the DETAILS of the work that was ACTUALLY COMPLETED. 
I had a nail in a tire and wanted it patched and rotated since I had my oil changed. I was told that ALL of the work was completed as requested. I was informed that the tire couldn't be patched and so that side was not rotated. Of course that's OK BUT I WAS TOLD ALL WAS DONE.
I know it is a petty thing and the reasoning is ABSOLUTELY correct; however, it does need to be told what was done/not done & why.
I will go back OF COURSE!! Just a few things to tidy up and sharpen!!

I have purchased from this Honda on several occasions, all three times were a good experience. I felt the service there was good, I also felt that, unlike with many other car dealerships, at Economy Honda, I wasn't talked down to because I am a woman. In fact, it was that only dealership that I went to in which I didn't detect some "dumbing down" for my assumed benefit. My ONLY complaint with Economy is their service department. Although their customer service is on point, it often takes over an hour to get basic maintenance done. My last oil change took 2 hours. I feel that they could greatly benefit from taking appointments for drop offs.

Great people... knowledgeable sales person... Easy fast approval for financing... just remember it does take time to complete all paperwork. LOVE MY CAR!  Thanks Greg!

I would just like to brag on Harold Blackstock. We have purchased a few vehicles from him at Economy. He is by far the easiest salesperson to work with and always has his clients best interest. One of the issues that a consumer faces when purchasing a vehicle is trust.  I trust Harold 110% when it comes to buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He treats you just like family. We have owned many vehicles (too many) and have dealt with many different salesmen but I can proudly say that we consider Harold a great friend and will always be a customer of his.

Jason at Economy Honda worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and in a price range that met my family's needs. Alex from financing made the paperwork side of things easy to understand and left me feeling confident about my vehicle purchase. Even after my purchase, when I had some questions come up about my vehicle, Jason and the service team responded promptly to my concerns, and were immediately accommodating to my needs so that I can rest assured in the safety of the vehicle I rely on to take care of my family. I will buy from Economy Honda from  this point forward, and Jason will be my preferred sales associate for life!
