Love this place and their friendly staff.  Recently purchased a used truck through them.  A great salesman that knew his stuff about lots of vehicle types and was not "pushy.".  Will definitely be returning in the future for future vehicle purchases and test drives!  There is usually a large selection of vehicles to test drive or checkout.  Parking is free.  They also have a repair shop on site with helpful staff.

Mary Lee went above and beyond to help me,  from home telephone calls, to she even came in on her day off just to help. By far the easiest, best car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with every person I interacted with. Mary Lee was my shining star, and I will always be grateful and appreciative for her compassion, kindness, and patience.

I really do love CarMax! I had been watching a certain SUV in their app for about a week before I went in with my husband to see it. We had Alan as our car guru and he is amazing! I was trying to decide between a Pilot, Acadia, and Explorer and he knew every answer to my questions and was even so knowledgeable that he was able to give me tons of information on each of the three cars so we could make the best decision for us (even on things we hadn’t even considered for our car needs). We had zero pressure to purchase or to raise our budget and everyone we dealt with was super laid back and really friendly. I highly suggest you make an appointment with Alan and go in, even if just to ask questions. He was very helpful in us making the best decision and we are so pleased with our new car!

Ralph made the appraisal process very smooth and easy. He was transparent with the process and very professional. Nessy made the selling process quick and easy as well and was very friendly. I'd recommend CarMax for anyone looking to get a fair price for their vehicle.

Best car-buying experience of my life!! Brandon is very knowledgeable yet laid back and low pressure! My credit isn’t the best but he helped me finance my car through their in-house financing program with VERY reasonable monthly payments and interest rates! I will be a CarMax customer for life! If you are new to CarMax and need a vehicle, talk to Brandon! You won’t regret this decision. ;-)
