The service, as always, was exceptional. My car's service was completed even earlier than expected. All your personnel was cordial, and kind. I have taken my car to Blenda Blench for service since I bought it in 2007 and without fail, Ms. Blench has provided exceptional service; she inspects the car thoroughly to make sure that the service requested was provided. She also lets me know what future maintenance expense will be in the horizon to make the car be in great shape so I can plan for maintenance major or minor expenses. She anticipates any problem and solves it quickly. Anytime that I request a specific time for service, my request was granted immediately without fail. Ms. Blench is a trustworthy individual. I trust her advice, judgment without a doubt. She goes above and beyond her responsibility at Karl Malone Car Services. She takes pride in her work and I know that I can count on her expertise, advice and guidance on my car. She is a great asset to this company. Thanks so much!!!

I found the used car I was looking for at Karl Malone Toyota. I called and they said that because it was the end of the month that they will give me a great deal on it. I went in and test drove the car. They had it listed online at $33,000. I told them I would like to buy it and they said "what can we do to win your business?" Which translated means what price will you commit to to pay for the car? I wrote down a reasonable price of $30,000 and signed the paper committing to that price if accepted. They rejected it. I wrote down $31,000 and signed it again. Rejected. $32,000. Rejected. I finally asked them what price will they sell it for and they said the online price of $33,000. 3 hours later with hungry kids and upset adults we left. I found the same car somewhere else for a lot cheaper and in better condition.

The only reason I am giving two stars is due to the service department. My salesman, Austin, did a great job at helping me find an affordable truck, with all the fun "toys" I wanted in it. But the service department, that is a joke. I had my truck get a little work on it the day after I got it. The problem was a simple fluke of two hoses breaking and leaking out all of my power steering fluid. This type of fix is simple, and an experienced technician should have them changed in a matter of hours. They had to order the hoses, and I do understand that it can take a few days to get the parts in the mail, but why were they not overnight-ed? Why am I sitting here, 8 days later, and still no truck? I was told originally that I would have my fixed truck by Friday, or even Saturday at the latest. I then found out after calling repeatedly, that the parts were received and the repair was started on one day, and are supposed to be finished on another day. So after a week of waiting, with no offer of a loaner car or any other offer of restitution for the absurd amount of time it has taken to get this fixed, I am very displeased with my experience here. This is another dealership that I have added to my "DO NOT BUY FROM" list.

Great expirence with Karl Malone. Took my Sienna in for the door recall. They were totally prepared, even though I had not made an appointment. I was able to drop the car off on Friday and have it back Monday. In fact they even offered to have it done for the weekend but I was unavailable. Service writer was excellent. Explained the whole program told me what they had to check and how it would be fixed if necessary. Didn't even hesitate when he say that the van had been completely "kidded out" on the interior. Van was ready as promised on the doors. There was an additional part they was required for a not quite broken front window that was great that they had found. So I have another tip back. But it was a pleasure to work with Karl Malone and their staff. I noticed they also had a courtesy shuttle if that is something you would need to utilize. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for warranty repair for your Toyota.

Thanks Karl Malone Toyota and rick moody for letting our experience be awesome and soo kid friendly! My little boy keeps asking when we can come back and play pirates and eat popcorn. You guys are the best and I am seriously going to refer everyone I know! Thanks again!
