These reviews must partly be fake. If I could’ve give them a Zero, I would. Very bad customer service in Sales Department. Even when ordering a car, no one ever gets back to you, responds in any meaningful way. You put a deposit down, they don’t call you back. One day they tell you the car is 10 weeks away, the next days it’s 20 weeks. Including managers and higher ups. I guess that’s the benefit of being owned by corporate. MBUSA should really do something about this. Must be culture from the top down. Their cars are good but I’ll be going to another dealership - same cars. When it comes to servicing the car, they’re much better.

I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank your for your honesty and dedication while selling me and my wife's new car last week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype.

Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making the process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. My Wife loves her new 2018 GLC 300. And you having a lot of patience with my wife and i. That's it was not the ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car, and it's all thanks to you.

You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them to you at Mercedes Benz Of Manhattan, and telling them to ask for Glenn. Thanks again.

Very upscale and professional. Genuine dedication to Quality customer service. However, make sure you leave enough time to have your vehicle seen. It can be a little bit of a wait.

Worked with Elaine Velez who was amazing.  Very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.  Ask for her if you go to the dealership.

Update: oh man I wish you would told me State Inspection would take up to 3 hours instead of one hour. Then I would not fell a sleep in lobby and go out Skate (or go to DMV do my own business) orr do something more important, because 3 hours is a really good time for free parking in New York City, but not one hour. I felt so useless today!!

Thank you for free car wash to my already clean car, free coffee of course we have to stay awake, and sleeping couch. Sorry for me bothering other customers by my sleeping positions :)

Expensive than all other dealers, I called them 10 minutes before they close for I say i am going to be late 5 minutes please keep my car outside (my representative did not respond but they told me he will be notified and sure he was there) and I was already pay it pay online and I was there 7:02 but my representative wasn't there for 5 minutes... Too bad for a factory dealer, good luck with your over rich people that who does not make money problem...:)
