The store is a mess and you can't find anything without help. Oh but help is rarely available and the general manager is a sloth. I was very fortunate to have a lovely young lady take me under her wing and actually help me....first time ever in this store. I am truly disgusted with your annapolis location. I wish it was more convenient to go to severna park. But I have heard the same complaints.

I called the store frustrated because I threw away a receipt to a Ring doorbell that I purchased there, and their policy states (understandably) that premium electronics can't be returned without a receipt. Eric was able to help me track down my receipt, so that my stupid mistake wasn't quite so costly, and I am super appreciative!

Needed to order something in a different size but when I asked one of the men at the front he rudely told me someone in the items department could help me or that there were kiosks I could use, I politely replied that I just hadn't seen anyone in the department where he rudely replied "well if you look theres a button on the kiosk for that" thanks? I'm not big on reviewing stores as I understand customer service jobs can get hard but this man made me feel stupid and was of such little help. I typically love Kohls but will not be giving this store my business anymore.

I'm sick of having the rewards program and credit card shoved down my throat every time i come here. Even when I say no MULTIPLE TIMES the cashiers keep pushing it. Stop making them do this because it really makes me want to never come again.
