Limited carts available.  Limited access with cart to inside racks.  Usually a great place unless it's holiday shoppers.  Great for the bottom line, less so for the customers.

Visiting from out of town, and I got THE most wonderful service from every employee I encountered. All very helpful, and one in particular went out of their way to help. Best Kohl's I've ever been to!
