Don't know that I'll be going back. At least not often.

Store was decently clean and fresh, which is expected, it being the day before Thanksgiving (on which they own at 5pm for Black Friday - a practice in itself I am not a fan of). 

My wife and I went here to buy some items she needed. We came because they were advertising these items for a good price on their website. When we got to the register, the price was a total of $20 more than what we would have paid on their website. We paid thinking that we misread the deal or something.

But when we got home we verified that the website listings were the exact same item number, with no notation that the deal was online only. We will be returning the store bought items and buying them online. But due to the extra hassle we've had to go through, we probably won't be shopping here much after this.

Store is clean and spacious. Staff is polite and helpful. When the check-out line gets long, they always call for more cashiers to speed things up. You also can't beat the sales and Yes2You rewards program. Loyal customer here.

I love this store! Always stocked on everything and it's neat, organized and clean  customer service is great and they are always polite. I enjoy the sales and discounts they offer and the kids clothes are very affordable.

The worst Kohl’s in the history of Kohl’s. The store couldn’t have been more unorganized and that checkout line! Oh my god that line. I dropped all my goods cause that would have taken me 45 minutes to get through.
