Great employees! First interaction was with a young lady with long dark hair in men's shoe department, she walked me over to the Finish Line department. I was upset because I ordered sneakers for my son that appeared to be two different colors. The young man at the counter was very polite and professional. He first checked the stock and when they did not have the size, searched the computer and found them locally. I choose not to drive to get them but to reorder them again online. I walked in mad, these two employees made my experience a good one. I left happy.

The fine jewelry department here is such a hoax. The staffs are so mean and uninformed. Some of the store managers here are so disgraceful and unprofessional. Treated customers with bad manners. No doubt it’s going out of business.

Macy's is a wonderful place to shop. The interaction of staff with clients is great. They are courteous, know their products, and will and do assist you as much as possible. I continue to shop there for that very reason.

Great experience, Ms. L was very helpful even though she was the only one at the diamond jewelry counter at the time. She acknowledge and apologized for the wait while she assisted 6 different customers at 2 different counters. We also visited the mens department, Mr. Keith always responded with "it's my pleasure ", he measured the men to ensure they had the correct size. He gave excellent service and walked with you to ensure the outfit was complete. Jacket, belt, the, bowtie, shirt, pants whatever you needed.The other employees greeted and made sure you were being assisted. Great store. Excellent customer service. Let's just say, I spent more than I went to purchase.

the restrooms in this Macy's location is completely abandoned, saw and smelled things that had never before! also no hand soap and paper towels! ugh! stay clear!
