We checked-in in the middle of winter weather before Christmas and the heater was not working. They gave us a portable heater and it did not help at all. We complained again and they gave us a bigger portable heater which helped a little. The fridge wasn’t working. Carpets are old. We paid 2 rooms for the same rate but 1 room had no microwave.

This place is horrible I would give zero stars if it let me. First off the room we booked the heater didn’t work and they tried to give us a little space heater. Not gonna happen in the middle of winter. Then the room they moved us to had no shower curtain, microwave and the fridge barely worked. Bath tub was rusted out around drain and the towels where staind badly. Couldn’t get them to even bring us a shower curtain and when finally got housekeeping for towels she was rude and just threw them in room. Management there was a joke and didn’t want to do anything or even refund us. We have a file against them with the corporate office. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I was here to go snowboarding at Sierra-at-Tahoe. The location is great; it's right next to a CVS and there are several restaurants in the area. It's also a minute walk from Lake Tahoe. The "continental breakfast", however, amounted to just toast and cereal. On the second night, the door key stopped working and I had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed after moving all my stuff back to the car. It appears that this is a pet-friendly hotel. There was a dog in the room next door that kept barking and whimpering during the day and occasionally in the middle of the night while I was trying to sleep. May not be the best place to stay if you're a light sleeper and have the misfortune to be roomed next to a dog. The room was pretty standard; nothing to complain about. Pricing was a good bit less than the other hotels in the area.

Rooms are clean and adequate, no complaints. The only issue was the thin walls. Could easily hear the people next door going at it. Won't describe the experience, but it was not particularly pleasant. Other than that, great location, everything was fine.

My check in time was delayed due to low staff and late check outs from a previous event, no compensation was provided. WiFi did not work and when I called the number provided inside the hotel, I was directed to the booking agency who forwarded me to the front desk. That call was instantly dropped. The shower had mold and the walls and carpet were not well kept. TV was constantly making a static noise during shows. Also, the walls are very thin so the children next store were great alarm clocks, but not so great lullabies. However, it is a quick 2 minute walk from the South Lake Tahoe shore, which was very beautiful during my visit this winter.
